As you step into our Atrium Greenhouse for an unforgettable evening of rolling your own Sushi maki, indulge in the delectable flavors of Japanese chicken yakitori complemented in a delightful toasted sesame-soy vinaigrette that perfectly balances savoriness and sweetness. Throughout the experience, our knowledgeable & skilled chef will provide expert guidance, ensuring that you create visually stunning and delicious Sushi rolls that are picture worthy & simply irresistible. Lastly, the dessert for this class for you to enjoy is our flourless chocolate fudgy cake that you’ll individually add the finishing touches to. … aaaand to all…. a good Bite!

MENU:
💠 Japanese Chicken Yakitori
💠 Sushi rolls using sushi grade salmon & sushi grade bluefin spicy tuna, veggies & garnishing sauces + elements  (ie: wasabi, pickled ginger, sriracha mayo, eel sauce, masago, toasted sesame seeds, fried shallots, & more..)
🥄 Dessert: Flourless chocolate cake w. powdered sugar dustings & leaf garnish
🍷🍹 Beverages: Complimentary Wine in the garden for those who arrive early, seasonal fruit & herb infused teas, infused spa water, shot of Sake with your sushi.

NOTE: This class has sushi grade salmon, sushi grade tuna, chicken, sesame, GF soy (on request), Nori among many other ingredients.

Sushi rolls are individually made by you so you can choose or omit options per roll.
This class is Gluten Free & Vegetarians are welcome with advance notice. (Please share dietary info when purchasing your tickets/seats in the note section).

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours. Classes usually run until 9pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start.  Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
