Let’s Cultivate Food began with a simple idea: bring fresh energy and bold flavor to the table. Chef Yoon Lee and a trusted sous chef were ready for a new adventure. Experts in flavor pairing and trend-forward cuisine, they started by revitalizing menus for restaurants ready to evolve.
Then came the spark. “About 14 years ago, a restaurant owner we’d just helped asked if we could come to his home and teach his family the updated recipes,” Chef Lee recalls. “Of course, we said yes.” That intimate moment planted the seed for what would become Let’s Cultivate Food.
Since then, we’ve led hundreds of hands-on cooking experiences and served tens of thousands of guests – always with the same mission: to make food exciting, accessible, and unforgettable.
