Indulge in a delicious adventure like no other in our Atrium Greenhouse. Immerse yourself in the enticing aromas & delightful flavors of this class while being encapsulated in a stunning environment; a uniquely amazing culinary experience.

In this savory class, we will take you on a meat lover’s journey showcasing the versatility of beef in three amazing dishes. Prepare to be amazed by our bacon-wrapped flank steak lemongrass lollipops, a combination that will leave you craving for more. We will also teach you the art of marinating Korean BBQ ‘Bulgogi’ sliced rib-eye and creating mouthwatering ‘lettuce bombs’ in a delectable ‘ssam-jang’ miso-red pepper paste sauce.  And that’s not all! Our talented chef will guide you in creating the ultimate, ever-popular Thai-style Drunken Noodles, perfectly balancing the elements of sweet, salty, acidic, earthly, and of course, beauty.  Get ready to indulge in the exquisite variety of flavor from beef!  To end the class on a sweet note, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize your own flourless fudgy chocolate cake.

NOTE: This class has beef, soy, sesame, bacon, fish sauce, and garlic among many other ingredients.

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours. Classes usually run until 9pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start.  Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
