Delight your senses with a one-of-a-kind culinary experience in our Atrium Greenhouse. Immerse yourself in the sights, aromas, and flavors of this interactive cooking class, set in our stunning, sun light-filled Atrium Greenhouse with 360 degrees view of a nature-scape.
In this contemporary Korean-Japanese mash-up class, you’ll start your journey in Seoul, mastering Korean Tteokbokki—rice cakes simmered in a traditional gochujang and umami seaweed broth, topped with an artisan cheese blend for a modern twist. Then, we’ll travel to Japan with Spicy Tuna Cucumber Boats, Sesame-Toasted Wakame Onigiri, and a Bluefin Tuna Roll featuring pickled radish, toasted sesame seeds, tobiko, and edible flower petals.
Take your sushi-making to the next level by garnishing your dishes with fresh herbs and edible flowers cultivated right at our organic micro-farm — an experience you won’t find in any other standard sushi class. We’ll finish on a sweet note with one of our signature desserts: Flourless fudgy chocolate cake, lightly dusted with sugar sparkles.
