LO-MEIN calm, there’s oodles of Noodles

Indulge in a delicious adventure like no other in our Atrium Greenhouse.  Immerse yourself in the enticing aromas & delightful flavors of this class while being encapsulated in a stunning environment; a uniquely amazing culinary experience.

Join us as you’ll learn to incorporate these new & delicious noodle dishes into your already fabulous cooking repertoire. Before the class starts, take a moment to explore our working micro-farm space and say hello to our friendly hens. Bawk bawk! With the guidance of our chef, you and your partner, friend, or family will explore and discover with each noodle dish how to personalize each to suit your preferences. We’ll be using three different types of noodles – buckwheat, sweet potato glass noodles, and Chinese style egg flour noodles – to create fun and tasty dishes. To end the class on a sweet note, you will have the opportunity to put your own finishing touches on a flourless fudgy chocolate cake. Don’t miss out on this exciting culinary adventure!
