Indulge in the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean with this class in our Atrium Greenhouse!Β An exquisite selection of savory dishes that you will prepare, season, cook & enjoy as your taste buds get transported to the vibrant streets of Valencia & Cypress as our chef guides you with demonstrations, tips & tricks along the way of creating each dish.
Our scenic Greenhouse offers the best seat to a night of sensory engagement with Spanish-Mediterranean flavor including saffron, mussels, Spanish chorizo, wild caught shrimp, coriander, smoked paprika, (on premises made) hand-dried chili and other ingredients that will further elevate and liven the dishes prepared during this class. Pairing instruction by one of the tri-states most ‘relished’ private chefs in one of the county’s most coveted culinary locations, ensure that you’ll create delicious paella that is picture worthy & simply irresistible.

β How long are cooking class events?
Events typically last up to 3 hours. (We say “preserve” the time!)Β Doors open 30 minutes prior to class start time if you’d like to walk through our organic garden, visit the heritage breed hens & honey bees, mini orchard, & pond! (weather & season permitting)
πΎ Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option for our classes. Most of our events already include complimentary house wine along with our non-alcoholic fruit & herb infused beverages & botanical water as listed in the description of each event (up to two alcoholic drinks max/pp, pursuant to state regulations).
π What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase,Β WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Kindly double-check that your schedule is suitable for the purchasing date.Β Based on the structure and dynamic of the class, your filled seats on the date reserved is important for the group as a whole.Β Thank you for understanding.
βοΈ What if I canβt attend a limited-date event after signing up?
You can transfer your seats to someone you know.Β Just email us their name(s) so we can update the event roster for that date.Β If you donβt have anyone to transfer your seats to, we may be able to reach out to our ‘waitlist’ (if there is one) as a courtesyβprovided we have as much notice as possible.
π« What kind of dietary allergies/restrictions can be accommodated in public classes?
Due to the group-focused nature of our public cooking classes, we arenβt able to substitute food components. However in some cases if we know in advance, certain ingredients can definitely be omitted, depending on the dish and class menu.Β Please email us BEFORE reserving seats for your class if you have any food restriction/s. Our private group classes can be customized to serve all dietary allergies/restrictions.
π§ When will I receive directions/map to the micro-farm & other important info about the event?
At the beginning of the week of your class/event date, we send out an FYI email with a map image, parking details, attire suggestions & other goodies.Β If you haven’t received an email by mid-week, please check your spam folder or email us to confirm the needed info.
