Get ready to dive in during this class!  There will be fun energetic instruction by our knowledgeable chef as you shake, rattle and pour your sweetheart cocktails that will pair with your interactive eating of a seafood boil feast!  You’ll stuff our everything seasoning loaf bread with a 3 cheese blend that’s shredded off the block along with hickory roasted garlic & an herb blend that we cultivate (available for sale).  While the cheese is getting hot & gooey, you’ll make a refreshing mango coleslaw.  Yum! Then you’ll take the big dive to simmer an array of seafood along with root veggies and sausage in a seafood boil herb blend.  As you shake the final herbs on, we’ll be laying out the butcher paper and netting to enjoy an eating experience to be cherished by you & your partner, friend or family.  It’s going to be picture-worthy and shrimply the best catch!  When you’ve finished your seafood feast in our Atrium Greenhouse, you’ll conclude the class with cleansing your palate with our flourless fudgy chocolate cake that you’ll individually add the finishing touches to.

MENU:
1️⃣ Pull-apart loaf bread with hickory smoked roasted garlic, three cheeses & ‘everything’ seasonings
2️⃣  Coleslaw with mango
3️⃣ –The Main Event– a Seafood Boil Feast! You’ll season and cook delicious seafood & seasonal root veggies along with beef sausage which once prepared will be poured on butcher paper across 12 feet of pub table (you’ll eat your own)
🍹 Sweetheart cocktail – You’ll shake, rattle & pour your own scratch made drink from a choice of options
🥄 Dessert: Flourless chocolate cake w. powdered sugar dustings & leaf garnish
🍷 Beverages: Complimentary wine in the garden for those who arrive early, seasonal fruit & herb infused teas, infused spa water, cocktail that you will custom shake & pour.

NOTE: This class has cheeses, gluten, mango, shellfish, beef sausage, and alcohol among many other ingredients.

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours. Winter classes usually run until 9pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start.  Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
