Life is Gouda when youโ€™re enjoying cheese.ย  Alongside our chef known for creating modern 12’+ grazing tables – as adventurous epicurean foodies, you’ll be provided with essential gourmet food tools to learn how to create a cheesy yet gourmet Mac & Cheese stuffed eggroll w. braised short ribs accompanied with a sweet chili dipping sauce.ย  In this special hands-on class, you’ll also enliven a delcious spinach & artichoke filling & stuff (4) hand shredded cheeses along with our 9 month grown hickory smoked garlic into a pull apart bread featuring LCF’s ‘everything seasoning’.ย  Among the cheese dishes, you’ll learn to sear Paneer cheese w. herbs that we grow adding a lemon infused fig preserve over mixed organic greens in a citrus vinaigrette w. edible flowers that we cultivate right on our micro-farm property.

NOTE: This class has GLUTEN, DAIRY,ย  along with many other ingredients. Ingredients can not be substituted for a publicly listed class. Please email us PRIOR to purchasing the class about any food allergies/restrictions, especially if this is a gift for someone else & you are not going to be an attendee.

Ingredient substitutions will be made if item is unavailable. This class can be Vegetarian friendly with advanced notice only.

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours. Classes usually run until 9pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start.ย  Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.ย  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase,ย WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
