Indulge in the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean with this class in our Atrium Greenhouse!Β  An exquisite selection of savory dishes that you will prepare, season, cook & enjoy as your taste buds get transported to the vibrant streets of Valencia & Cypress as our chef guides you with demonstrations, tips & tricks along the way of creating each dish.

Our scenic Greenhouse offers the best seat to a night of sensory engagement with Spanish-Mediterranean flavor including saffron, mussels, Spanish chorizo, wild caught shrimp, coriander, smoked paprika, (on premises made) hand-dried chili and other ingredients that will further elevate and liven the dishes prepared during this class. Pairing instruction by one of the tri-states most ‘relished’ private chefs in one of the county’s most coveted culinary locations, ensure that you’ll create delicious paella that is picture worthy & simply irresistible.

MENU:
1️⃣ Assorted gourmet olive & grape tapenade salad over organic greens that we cultivate & feta cheese in a citrus balsamic reduced vinaigrette
2️⃣ Seared Halloumi w. Merlot infused sea salt, mandarin oranges, lemon zest infused fig preserves, capers & pistachios
3️⃣ Spanish Paella w. chorizo, shrimp, chicken & mussels

🍷🍹 Complimentary welcoming wine, a seasonal Signature fruit & herb infused beverage, infused water & wine during entrée once food is cooked will be offered

NOTE:Β  This class has SHRIMP, CHICKEN, PORK, MUSSELS, PISTACHIOS, DAIRY & GUAVA along with many other ingredients.

Ingredients can not be substituted for a publicly listed class. Please email us PRIOR to purchasing the class about any food allergies/restrictions, especially if this is a gift for someone else & you are not going to be an attendee.Β  This class is Gluten Free friendly.

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours. Winter classes usually run until 8pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start.Β  Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.Β  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase,Β WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
