Oh, the camaraderie of a cooking class that focuses on bacon. During this class, we have 3 bacon flavor packed dishes that… we had you at bacon… right? You’ll use bacon in a gourmet dip accompanied by our everything seasoning crusted bread, lemongrass (that we cultivate) lollipops wrapped with a sweet & spicy marinated sliced ribeye then wrapped with bacon AND Korean style BBQ pork belly & pineapple salsa in a lettuce wrap accompanied w. a ‘ssamjang’ paste. You’ll have the experience of prepping, seasoning, marinating, cooking and eating as our chef shares demonstrations, tips & tricks along the way of each dish in courses using organic LCF garden ingredients whenever possible.
MENU:
1️⃣ BLT gourmet dip w. ‘everything seasoning crusted’ crostini bread
2️⃣ Bacon wrapped ribeye lemongrass lollipops
3️⃣ Korean BBQ pork belly w. pineapple salsa lettuce wraps & ‘ssamjang’
🥄 Dessert: Strawberry orange pineapple guava & mint sorbet – learn to plate/garnish
🍷🍹 Complimentary welcoming wine, a seasonal Signature fruit & herb infused beverage, infused water & wine during entrée once food is cooked will be offered
NOTE: This class has PORK, BEEF, PINEAPPLE, SOUR CREAM, & BREAD along with many other ingredients. Ingredients can not be substituted for a publicly listed class. Please email us PRIOR to purchasing the class about any food allergies/restrictions, especially if this is a gift for someone else & you are not going to be an attendee.
