THYME for French Fun  

Join us for French fare – as you discover how to prepare Coq Au Vin, a classic – simmered in a Bordeaux wine using our French herb blend which we make (cultivate & drying process). Throughout the class, you will master how to dice & slice onions – the French way vs. the American way.   Then to making a French Crostini w. soft herbed fromage blanc topped with onion & mushroom caramelized in a rose wine along with a Haricots verts salad using chèvre & thyme.

MENU:

1️⃣ French onion & mushroom caramelized in a rosé Crostini on seasoned French baguette slices w. herbed fromage blanc & edible petals 

2️⃣ Citrus balsamic & Dijon mustard braised haricots verts salad w. tomatoes, chevre cheese & fried shallots garnished w. thyme, diced pickled onions & edible petals

3️⃣ Coq Au Vin w. onions, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, lardon & garlic simmered in a Bordeaux using a French herb blend that we cultivate

🥄 Flourless chocolate cake w. a mixed berry compote & Kahlua pipette – learn to plate/garnish

🍷🍹 Complimentary welcoming wine in the garden for those who arrive early, a seasonal Signature fruit & herb infused beverage, infused water & wine during entrée once food is cooked will be offered

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours.  Classes usually run until 8:30pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start. Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
