THAI-Hard w. Vietnamese Fusion

As you walk into our Atrium Greenhouse, although THAI & jacket are not required, you will take a wok on the THAI side as you cook and infuse Vietnamese flavors.  Each duo will have their own set of cookware, ingredients, cutting board & knife as they learn key tips & skills with chopping, cutting, seasoning, preparing & plating while the chef demonstrates & instructs using organic LCF garden ingredients whenever possible. 

MENU:

1️⃣ Fresh Vietnamese rice spring rolls with wild caught shrimp & our garden’s colorful palette of veggies accompanied by our roasted chili soy bean & sweet citrus chili dipping sauce

2️⃣ Firecracker lemongrass chicken skewers in a sweet & savory marinade using key Thai & Vietnamese seasonings

3️⃣ Pad Thai Noodles twisted around veggies w. organic herbs, peanuts, tofu & Thai red curry paste

4️⃣ 🥄 Flourless chocolate cake w. a mixed berry compote & Kahlua pipette – learn to plate/garnish

🍷🍹 Complimentary welcoming wine in the garden for those who arrive early, a seasonal Signature fruit & herb infused beverage, infused water & wine during entrée once food is cooked will be offered

 

NOTE:  This class has PEANUTS, SHRIMP, SOY BEANS, CHILIS, FISH SAUCE, THAI RED CURRY PASTE, TOFU, EGGS, along with many other ingredients.  Ingredients can not be substituted or left out. How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours.  Classes usually run until 8:30pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start. Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
