Roll up your sleeves as you learn all about Sushi. You’ll learn to make miso soup and how to pickle ginger followed by creating and rolling your own custom sushi rolls with an array of veggies, sushi grade fish and crab (featuring sriracha & wasabi mayos and eel sauce). Wine, sake & one of our seasonal Signature fruit & herb infused beverages will be offered. (You can also BYO) You’ll end the night with an interactive “toast your own” Creme Brulee style cheesecake with a scratch-made wild berry sauce for you to enjoy.

Let’s Cultivate Food is a premier cooking class company established in 2009. We teach about 200 public, private, and team building cooking classes each year; available in our lofty Manayunk studio, at your home or office, and are equipped to go on-location anywhere for a cooking class event.
This class will be held in our Manayunk Studio, a trendy part of Philly where there’s free off-street parking in a private adjacent lot.
