Korean Food can be spicy, sweet, savory, fresh, healthy, flavorful and interactive which all these dishes for this class will have. We’ll make ‘BIBIMBAP’ with an array of veggies topped with ‘BULGOGI” (marinated & bbq’d sliced rib-eye) topped with a pepper paste sauce (gochujang) along with a sweet & spicy rice cake street food dish ‘DUKBOKKI’ and SCALLION PANCAKES with a sweet & savory soy dipping sauce. You’ll end the night with an interactive “toast your own” Creme Brulee style cheesecake with a scratch-made wild berry sauce for you to enjoy.
These classes are packed with cooking tips and restaurant tricks. Lot’s of food, lots of fun, lots of info!
