Get ready to experience the ultimate Hawaiian Poke cooking class, where flavors go off the hook, accompanied by wine and dessert! Master the fusion of Japanese & Hawaiian culinary forces by creating Instagram worthy really, really good Poke.  You’re the artist and your bowl is your canvas.  But first you must prepare | marinate wild caught salmon & bluefin tuna sashimi, scratch make your citrus zest soy sauce and season sushi grade rice. Then you are ready to add sriracha mayo, pickled veggies and finish your masterpiece with organic edible garnishes cultivated at our micro-farm.  Now you are ready to frame this beautiful piece of art… or eat it. We suggest you eat it.  Eating is good.

In this class you will also prepare exotic green shelled mussels in a garlic Rosé wine sauce and craft a lively colorful Soba noodle salad (made from buckwheat plant).

Each duo will have their own set of ingredients & workstation as they replicate chef secrets and shortcuts through instructional demonstrations to create their dishes.


1️⃣ Soba noodle salad w. edamame, carrots, grapes, tomatoes & organic greens in a sesame-ginger soy vinaigrette

2️⃣ Green shelled mussels in a garlic Rosé wine sauce 

3️⃣ Poke bowl plate using veggies & herbs cultivated from our garden along w. wild caught salmon, bluefin tuna, fried shallots, crushed sesame seeds & edible petals as garnishes

4️⃣🥄 Flourless chocolate cake w. a scratch-made mixed berry compote & Kahlua pipette – individually plated & garnished

🍷🍹 Complimentary welcoming wine in the garden for those who arrive early, a seasonal Signature fruit & herb infused beverage, infused water & a shot of sake during entrée once food is ready will be offered


NOTE:  This class has SUSHI-GRADE SALMON, SUSHI-GRADE TUNA, SOY, SESAME SEEDS/OIL, MUSSELS, ROSE WINE & EGG in dessert, along with many other ingredients.   Ingredients can not be substituted – please consider before purchasing as a gift.  See our FAQ page about food allergies/restrictions BEFORE purchasing your seats.

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours.  Classes usually run until 8:30pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start. Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
