The Asian Dumpling! Master the art of folding traditional & modern dumplings along with learning the tricks and tips on how to steam, pan fry & deep fry delicious ‘pockets of goodness’. We’ll teach you how to make 3 different fillings (hand-shredded veggie dumplings, pork & ginger pot stickers with herbs and kimchi & tofu dumplings) along with 3 different ways to fold them and cook them. Then get ready to be ‘stuffed’ with a feast of dumplings! You’ll also learn how to make our duck sauce & our savory sesame soy dipping sauce. End the night with an interactive “toast your own” Creme Brûlée style cheesecake with our scratch-made 4 berry medley sauce for you to enjoy.

This class will be held at our LCF Studio in Manayunk, a trendy part of Philly where there’s free off-street parking in a private adjacent lot.
