THAI and jacket are not required during this cooking class as you learn to cook Thai dishes authentically using key ingredients to create delectable flavors. You’ll learn how to make a Green Papaya Salad with carrots, snow peas, fresh & sun-dried tomatoes & peanuts in a delicious Thai vinaigrette along with you and your +1 learning how to marinade and cook your own Firecracker Shrimp skewers with sweet pineapple & lime wedges. Lettuce’ not forget the main dish – Drunken Thai Noodles with beef with elements of savoriness, sweetness, tanginess & moderate spiciness. You’ll end the night with our interactive “torch your own” Crème Brûlée style cheesecake with our scratch-made 4 berry medley sauce for you to enjoy.

This class will be held at our LCF Studio in Manayunk, a trendy part of Philly where there’s free off-street parking in a private adjacent lot.
