Come join us in our modern Atrium Greenhouse this Winter for a unique culinary experience where you’ll learn the best techniques of cooking delicious creamy Risotto with your special someone.  Make a delicious strawberry & basil bruschetta with herbed mascarpone & a citrus balsamic vinaigrette + learn the difference between crostini and bruschetta.  Your sense of smell will be tantalized with the aromatic & comforting scents of a fire roasted San Marzano tomato sauce as you roll heavenly mozzarella stuffed meatballs.  Wind down the evening enjoying an interactive dessert of S’mores on personal hibachi grills.  It’s a deliciously satisfying night to remember.

MENU:
1️⃣ Strawberry & basil citrus bruschetta w. herbed mascarpone drizzled and reduced balsamic vinegar
2️⃣ Mozzarella (hand shredded off the block) stuffed meatballs using an Italian herb blend that we cultivate simmered in fire roasted San Marzano tomato sauce
3️⃣ Mixed mushroom & shrimp risotto simmered in a seafood broth
🥄 Dessert: toast your own S’mores at the table on personable hibachi grills (in groups of two)
🍷🍹 Beverages: Wine in the garden for those who arrive early, seasonal fruit & herb infused teas, infused spa water,  2nd complimentary glass of house infused wine (changes seasonally) during the class

NOTE:  This class has shrimp, mushrooms, beef, dairy & gluten in part of the dessert, along with many other ingredients.

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 3 hours.  Winter classes usually run until 7:30pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start.  Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
