Indulge in the finest seasonal ingredients, sourced locally and prepared with passion at our ‘Garden to Plate’ 7-course dinner. Immerse yourself in the flavors and aromas of the season provided at the highest level of dining experience in an adventurous setting with a modern, farm-esque vibe.  Seated indoors in the center of a gorgeous nature setting expect a beautiful presentation during this unique food event unlike any other that may exist in the area.  25 windows line the Atrium Greenhouse walls, so you’ll have surround views of beautiful Forsythia, antique red farmhouse barn, soaring pine trees, our outdoor organic garden & garden greenhouse. 

It’s a memorable experience in a unique environment to share with your special someone.

 

AUTUMN HARVEST MENU | Served Family Style

1️⃣ Welcoming slate board: Autumn apple pie jam, Summer harvested blueberry preserves, 3 gourmet cheeses accompanied with variety of crackers served on a natural slate board

2️⃣ Honey crisp cinnamon & cardamom sautéed apples with chicken sausage over an organic greens salad topped with candied walnuts in our lemon poppy seed vinaigrette

3️⃣ Our ‘everything seasoning’ crusted Crostini with soft herbed fromage blanc, our lemon infused fig preserves & honey crushed pistachios

4️⃣ Ginger & sesame Pork potstickers w. micro leeks & coriander, accompanied by our sweet citrus chili dipping sauce infused with roasted soybeans, chilies & pomegranate //
course cooked & plated at the table by the chef 

5️⃣ Sorbet/palate cleanser // interactive experience with host

6️⃣ Beef Bourguignon simmered in a Bordeaux with seasonal root veggies & a blend of French herbs  – chef organically cultivates & dries
(we can prepare a garden Vegetarian Bourguignon option upon request prior to event date)

7️⃣ Flourless chocolate cake with a berry compote & Kahlua pipette 

🍷🍹 Complimentary welcoming wine in the garden for those who arrive early, a seasonal Signature fruit & herb infused beverage, infused water & glass of wine during entrée once food is cooked will be offered

How long are events?
We recommend preserving your time for about 2.5 hours.  Dinners usually run until 8:00pm.

DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes prior to class start. Come early to see our gardens and visit the chickens!

Can I BYO?
Bring-Your-Own is not an option at our classes/dinners in our new space.  Most of our events already include a wine pairing & non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival and with food consumption as listed in the description of each event. (up to two alcoholic drinks max, pursuant to state regulations).

Covid-19 Compliant?
Yes, we are surely Covid-19 compliant. We’ve always focused on hand washing, wearing gloves when needed, and making hand sanitizer available at all of our classes since day 1. Today, we’ll add additional measures including smaller class size for safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before booking.

What is the rescheduling policy?
Because each event is a limited engagement, reserved small group seating, per our Terms of Purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. Please make sure you are able to attend this date.
