Unlike fashion where there’s a new line of clothing every year;  our farming community doesn't offer to us new lines of agriculture each season. So, our every day challenge is to get new flavors, aromas, and aesthetics to work in harmony using accessible and some not-so-accessible ingredients. 

Everyday to us is a blank canvas waiting to be painted and every so often, what we've created needs to be shared and showcased. Only a 9-course tasting menu will offer such a rewarding opportunity to present you with our best work in theme.

While chef Yoon was first recognized for her creativity with Asian Fusion ingredients, she can also rock classic Spanish, French and Italian dishes.  Come see for yourself with this intimate celebration of flavors at our Manayunk studio.  Very limited engagements and seating due to social distancing for these special events.

Spoil Mom in a special way this year by sharing the gift of an elegant yet intimate Ah-MAZING 5-course Mother’s Day Brunch.  Moms will experience a highly acclaimed, specially crafted chef’s tasting menu accompanied with 2 cocktail pairings.

1. Charcuterie board on a slate tray                                                                                                                                                                                       (Artisan variety of cheeses, delectable charcuterie meats, our house lemon infused fig preserves & gourmet crackers)

2. Fresh heirloom & sundried tomato salad with cucumbers, mandarin oranges, sunflower seeds & feta cheese in a citrus balsamic vinaigrette      paired with a ‘MOM-osa’ 

3. Hickory smoked beef tenderloin bites in our LCF sweet & tangy BBQ sauce accompanied with a pickled radish & cucumber slaw                            laced in a champagne vinaigrette

4.  Pan seared sweet chili glazed salmon  & baked scallops on the half shell with sautéed mushrooms, parmesan & mozzarella cheese with edible petals paired with a peach & raspberry citrus white Sangria 

5. Crème brûlée style cheesecake accompanied with our signature 4 berry medley sauce

Meal served with our Spring Signature strawberry & basil infused tea
